Now more than ever, it is important for all of us to listen to our intuition so we can attain goals in our lives and stay out of harm's way.
As a child I was able to see spirits, read thoughts, and foresee events. At first, my abilities frightened me because I did not understand them, but eventually I came to accept them as a gift from the universe. I learned (and continue to learn) from others, as well as through my own efforts, how to develop my intuition to its fullest extent. And ultimately, I learned how to teach others to develop their own intuition as well.
My purpose for being on this earth is to help others recognize, develop, and use their God-given intuitive abilities to ease suffering and grow in goodness, love, compassion, and wisdom. My mission is to help take away fear: the fear of death by knowing that we don't die and will see our loved ones again when we pass over to the spirit world; and to take away fears in life by demonstrating how to tap into your own intuition in order to make your life much happier and easier. We make wiser choices when we use logic, common sense and intuition to make decisions. That is when we get our best answers.
Awakening to our own intuitive powers is more important than ever, because I believe that humanity is going through a metamorphosis- from a material world to a spiritual one. We're moving into a new age of spiritual awareness, a whole new phase for the human race, a time when we must learn to balance the spiritual and material. I call it the Age of Awareness, because I believe it's a time when we all will have to become aware of the enormous power we possess.

I have been reading for Ellen Black's family for over forty years. I read Ellen's mother when she was alive and now Ellen and her daughters. Three generations! There is a special bond I have with them. These are some of the stories Ellen has shared with me about our time together.
Over 25 years ago, Char asked me "Do you live or work on an alley?" I said yes, and Char told me to be careful because she saw something happening in an alley, but she'd told me this because she believed you could change your fate by being aware. One day, I was at the office late with my daughter Michelle. As we headed out the back door, I turned to my daughter, struck by the realization that this was the alley. We went out the front door instead, and as I headed to my car and she headed to hers, I heard my daughter yell, "Get in the car!" I looked at her across the alley and got in my car fast. Through my rearview mirror, I saw a man hidden in the corner waiting near the back gate we would have emerged from! He ran, jumped in a car, and drove off.
Another time, I had a strong feeling to bring one of my friends to Char who was going through a breakup. A day before the meeting, he backed out. I said to him, "Don't worry. Whoever ends up with Char is meant to be there." The next day, my friend Jane told me that her closest friend was going through something awful. I quickly said, "Would you like to bring her to Char?" since Jane was already going. We brought her friend, not really knowing what was going on. Immediately, Char mentioned a name none of us knew, except for Jane's friend, who said "Yes, that is for me." Char looked upset and said, "This is a bad person. He has done bad things, and if you are wondering about him being bad, you are correct. I had no idea, but the FBI had just contacted her because her ex-husband was a bomb suspect with a terrorist organization.

On February 3, 2014, my dear friend Louan passed away. She was one of the most loving, giving, creative people I've ever met, and her death left me with so many questions. Whenever I had an solvable question, Char would be the one I'd call. So when Louan passed, it was time to get some answers.
When I called Char, she immediately told me Lou's name and knew that she had died of cancer. Char told me that her dad, Rodger, was with her -- he had passed a few years before -- and then she described Lou to perfection. Char told me about Louan's family and friends and husband. As I furiously wrote down her reading, I realized that I could share this good news with everyone in her life.
As we were wrapping up, Char said, "Louan's holding a small dog in her arms. His name starts with a B." As I got in my car, I called Lou's husband and hold him everything Char had said. Before I hung up, I said, " Char said Lou was holding a small dog with the letter B in its name. But I told her Lou never had a small dog. Her husband gasped and said, "Bernie was our dog at the beginning of our relationship. She loved him more than anything!" I didn't know, but Char did!
Dorothy Lucey
I met Dorothy doing a reading for her, and as she'll tell you, our first encounter was memorable! I always appreciated how open she was and how trusting. I love her like a sister.
Char told me I was getting fired. It was my first day on the job. I was hosting a TV talk show. She was my first guest. She shook my hand and said "You won't be here long." And soon after, my ass was out the door. She also told me "Something good is coming." The something good was Good Day LA, a morning show I hosted for almost twenty years. Char often predicted good things for me, like my son.
Before him, I had two miscarriages, one while doing two TV shows. I'd host Good Day LA in the morning and then a syndicated show in the afternoon. I hadn't told anyone at work I was pregnant, so I didn't tell them about the miscarriage. I just cried in the bathroom and faked a smile. We had a psychic on. As the segment was ending, she turned to me and said, "It was a girl." I'd thought I'd cry, vomit, faint - or all three - on TV.
Soon after that, I saw Char. She immediately saw dead people. She said, "Who are Sadie and Sonny?" They were my husband's aunts; both had passed. She said, "They want you to see your doctor, have a certain test." I'd already seen my doctor, already had a bunch of tests. I didn't go. Char called me. The dead aunts were bugging her. She said, "Go back to your doctor." I went. I had another test. They figured out why I was having miscarriages. And not much later, I had Nash. I always say he's Char's baby. She'd come over for playdates. She and Nash would take pots and pans out and parade around the house and sing "Parade of Wooden Soldiers."
Char sang this again for him when he graduated college. I always joke that she got me fired. But she also got me my son.
From My Sister Alicia
I am so lucky to have Alicia and my other sister, Elaine, in my life. They are both healers, too, and we have a deep connection to each other that I know many siblings have. I'm always grateful to my parents for trusting my intuition even when I was at a young age, as that further instilled a level of trust and connection between my sisters and me, and they have been my biggest supporters.
About fifteen years ago, I received a call from California to Michigan, where I live, at about 9:30pm. My sister told me to immediately call our doctor and that my husband Paul's life was in danger. She was worried he was going to have a heart attack. She said there was something wrong with the medication he was taking. I reassured her that he had just changed doctors, was on a new medication, and was fine. She insisted that I call the doctor, and I had learned that I must listen to her, because she is always right.
I called the doctor, and he met Paul at the office at 7:30 the following morning. He went through all his medication, and lo and behold, the pharmacist had made a mistake and had given him triple the amount of thyroid medication that he was supposed to take. Indeed, this high dose of thyroid medication in combination with his heart medicine would have caused a heart attack. She saved his life. We always listen to my sister Char. When she feels something strongly, she is always right. We are so lucky to have her for a sister. She is truly a gift from God.
From An Attendant at a Recent Event
I was the last one to be picked. The very first thing that she said to me when I got on stage was "Who got hit in the head?" My brother passed away at 25 when he was having an epileptic seizure and hit his head on the tub and it killed him.
Then she went on to ask was there a Willie in my family? My dad's name was Willie -- that's not a name just anyone could guess!
She talked about someone that was very important to me by the name or Dave or David that is not deceased and is a very significant part of my life. My best friend's name is David. I met him the first week I was in Palm Springs, he was my boss at Marriott.
You can't make this up. I was blown away, so was Ryan and the rest of the group of people that was with us.
I can honestly say that I believe there is some truth into all of this that I thought was fake for so long.
No matter whether you believe or not, it was an incredible experience that gave me a lot of closure with people that have gone on before me and I would highly recommend going to one of her readings if you get a chance!
